Scents for Meditation

          Using Aromatherapy while meditating brings nature into our hearts and homes;

Here are  a few variations of two popular oils traditionally  used in meditation. 

Sandalwood and Frankincense. Try mixing a few drops together in a teaspoon

 of Jojoba oil.  Or if you have a diffuser 5 to 10 drops of each oil works.

          Be brave ! experiment with  
          10 drops of Bergamot
          5 drops of Sandalwood              
          3 drops of Rose in a diffuser or mist bottle this recipe is heavenly!
