           Take  equal parts Clary Sage, Black Spruce, and Geranium, ( 5ml of each oil) mix together in a 15ml (1/2 oz bottle) add 20 drops of the Essential Oil mix to  60ml of Apricot oil (2 oz) or use another base oil.  Keep this bottle next to your bedside and rub a generous amount into the abdomen and breasts before going to sleep. If you are awakened in the nite rub more oil on and observe the results.  If it doesn't help try a little bit more essential oils 40 drops maximum to 60ml of base oils.

Feeling overwhelmed by hormonal change.

Apply this soothing balm on your wrists and inner ankle area ........
Mix together equal amounts of Sage, Clary Sage Geranium and Lavender oils, about 10 drops of each.  In a small enamel pan melt a little beeswax about 5 grams and add one ounce of jojoba oil. When the beeswax is melted add the essential oils and pour into a one ounce jar.  Let it cool.  Apply whenever needed
